Registrations Procedure

Fees:

The full fee (plus VAT at 17.5%) is payable in advance and includes the cost of all refreshments and course materials. You will receive a receipted VAT invoice by e-mail. If you require further copies of the invoice please e-mail accounts@icompli.co.uk and request a copy invoice.

Venue:

Details and directions to the venue can always be accessed via our website links. Navigate to your course on the website and you can down load directions and maps.

Cancellation:

A full refund (less 15% administration charge) will be made for cancellations received i) in writing and ii) not less than 14 calendar days prior to the course.

Cancellations after this time are charged at the full fee .

A cancellation via e-mail is acceptable, but MUST be sent to: cancellations@icompli.co.uk

Substitution:

Substitutions are welcome and may be made at any time. All we ask is that you let us know the change of name in advance of the course. If you wish to do this via e-mail then please send your e-mail to: courses@icompli.co.uk

Alterations to Scheduled Courses:

iCompli® reserves the right to alter the scheduled programme of courses or their location at any time. We reserve the right to refuse admission to our events. We shall make all reasonable endeavours to inform delegates of any such changes via email and via this website. iCompli Ltd does not accept responsibility for any expenses incurred as a result of not receiving or acting upon such information.

iCompli® further reserves the right to amend course content so as to reflect recent developments or enhance the course.

No Smoking Policy:

iCompli® has a no smoking policy on all its courses, but we do have breaks!

Dress:

Smart ‘business’ casual.
